What's your plan? We have 90 days until the end of summer. It's pretty easy to use summer as an excuse to cheat on your eating, on your exercise, on your goals. So do you have a plan for the summer or do you have an excuse? I can't afford to have an excuse. I HAVE to make a plan. And so it is. What about you? Are you like me? Take the weekend, make a plan. Monday, June 3 to August 31 is 90 days. What will you accomplish by September 1st, 2019? Make your 90 days count! We've got this! Peace ❤️
