I've struggled a while now with weight loss.  Most of my adult life actually.  Those of you that also struggle know, it can be an all consuming "adventure" and tends to define who you are.  Of course that's ridiculous... it's not really who you are.  But because people can see your struggle manifested physically, it becomes a very public, interactive process. 

This is my personal experience with the Optimum Coffee and Cocoa:  I'm just not as hungry.  It means I'm not thinking about food all the time.  It allows me to slow down and think about what I put into my  mouth. 

As a side note, I have tried all of the products (yes, including the Prevail K9) and have had positive results with them all.  Message or call me for more of my personal testimonials.  
With all that being said, as of May 24th, I am down 53.2 pounds!  YAY!"
