The news today can be daunting. Watching what a wonderful life everyone "claims" to be having on social media can be daunting. Comparing yourself to your friends and family can be daunting. Try to ignore some of that noise. Try to limit your exposure to those outside influences. Spend more time with yourself. Focus on your strengths... know them. Then focus on what you can change in your own personal world; what you can change about you. Think about your goals and dreams. Create your own bucket list. Don't worry about what others are doing or wanting. If you work on yourself, you will change your perspective, and be more content with who you are. Then, I promise, that outside noise will become softer and affect you less. You've got this! WE'VE got this! Peace ❤️
