The Pitfalls of Summer...


Be mindful of the health pitfalls of summer. We're not children. Each of us knows our personal Achilles Heel(s). Why not make your goal for the next 90 days to be better at taming your urges? Additionally, why not aim at being more active than usual? You can use the summer as an excuse to get better or not. You get to decide.
