How Much Do You Value Your Team?

What do you believe... fast? Or far? It's a choice worth contemplating.

You have to decide. Fast or far? Alone or part of a team? As a network marketing professional, this African Proverb is a must in my "quote bank"! Because it's true. Anyone can go fast by themselves and build a quick income, but to build a sustainable income you cannot just rely on yourself. You need a team. You need to be part of a team. If you are part of a team, everything is not on your shoulders alone. If you are by yourself everything is on your shoulders all the time. As an individual you "eat what you kill", but if you're not out hunting your income dries up. As part of a team, you may be working as hard, but you're also working smarter. If you take a break everything doesn't come to a sudden, complete stop. There is a caveat of course; that you build a team with a team vision. A team is not a group of people all doing their own things. It's a group of people working together for a common goal. So what's your preference? Are you a lone wolf? Are you part of a pack? Are you winning? Are you building for the present or for the future? What do you believe... fast? Or far? It's a choice worth contemplating. Peace ❤
